Current Open Positions
Operational and Sales Manager
- Manage the company strategic plan for success.
- Manage and achieve the annual budget goals for each department.
- Review and implement necessary changes and manage the growth of business development plan.
- Work with Ownership and our Accountant on financial reporting and Open Book Management with team members.
- Thoroughly understands, implements and ensures compliance with company policies, procedures and SOPs to reach financial and operational goals.
- Review the generated reports to include AR, GP, GL etc. in collaboration with AR and AP departments.
- Review the projections of cash flow based on revenue and cost to each department’s budget.
- Attend networking events and/or professional associations to gain new leads for B2B and strengthen RYCO’s position in the commercial landscape market.
- Strengthen Service Partner relationships in Maintenance and Snow divisions.
- Ensures that pricing of subcontractors/vendor is competitive and accurate along with the market.
- Review proposals/bids with the support of the RYCO sales/account managers for accuracy and marketability to achieve RYCO’s Gross Profit and GM%.
- Learn job specifics with account managers and/or production personnel.
- Manage clients with the team and ensures that all of client’s concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner for highest customer satisfaction.
- Shadows with company account managers for first three months to learn the business and customer service focus.
- Ensures which KPI’s for business to be analyzed and disseminated along with frequency.
- Identify any and all potential Cost Savings to help impact the bottom line and strengthen cash position.
- Reviews and tracks sales process in BOSS software and attends sales and operations meetings.
- Reviews CRM software on a daily basis re: deadlines, meetings, notes, points of contact, phone conversations, etc.
- Thoroughly understands and complies with company policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Assists in the development and implementation of company’s new business development plan to align with company’s strategic plan and the company’s annual budget goals.
- Assists in the development and implementation of the company’s marketing plan and strategy.
- Operations and Management experience with strong background in finance.
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well with diverse employee groups.
- Preferred 5+ years of experience in Landscape Sales or Sales Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, budgeting, general information technology (IT) use, and Quickbooks or current accounting system.
- Ability to learn Boss LM software through video training or associates as needed.
- Ability to create plans and preparation to help with company growth, quality and cost savings.
- Financial and Analytical Data experience.
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Experience selling business to business
- Experience with face-to-face client interactions
- Is a high-energy individual capable of building and maintaining professional relationships

- RYCO funds the individual health insurance premium at the rate of 50%. Family can be covered under RYCO’s policy, but the employee is responsible to pay 100% for additional family members. The monthly premium is deducted from the first paycheck you receive each month (and the second check if the first is not sufficient to cover the premium due). RYCO renews its health insurance policy on April 1, 2022, coverage is subject to change. Please see employee handbook for more information.
- RYCO will provide a computer and cellphone for business use.
- Car: Ryco will pay a flat rate of $125 a week to use your own vehicle. Option of RYCO providing a vehicle can be discussed for business use only.

Administrative Assistant - Spanish Speaking
The primary objective of the Administrative Assistant is to greet customers, vendors, service partners and employees, answering phone calls and delivering world-class customer service.
- Greet customers, vendors, service partners and employees, answering phone calls and delivering world-class customer service.
- Intake and handle the property damage accident repairs.
- Assist Field Operations Managers (FOMs) with communicating to the crew members.
- Start in the Yard with the crew members as they begin their workday.
- Office member relations: assist colleagues with administrative tasks as needed.
- Uniform order/resupply, hand out to crew members.
- Company report generation: sales report, production reports, etc.
- Software management: Sitefotos management, Verizon Connect, BOSS LM.
- Hours are Monday-Thursday, start time 6:30 am, possible Fridays off
- Must speak fluent Spanish
- Have a clean criminal record
- Legal documentation to verify employment eligibility
- Have computer skills to learn and be trained on the BOSS lm system, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Able to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner on a daily basis.

Maintenance Field Operations Manager
The Field Operations Manager (FOM) directly oversees Crew Leaders and the maintenance of all accounts on a daily basis while interfacing with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
The Field Operations Manager must keep the General Manager apprised of progress on all jobs while coordinating with Account Managers. They will also interface with company Sales, Estimating, Human Resources, and Accounting personnel.
- Coordinating with account managers to schedule contracted work
- Daily operations management of maintenance crews, providing direction, making site visits and managing production
- Communicate and coordinate equipment repairs and utilization
- Review production reports & provide feedback to account managers and crew team members.
- Provide world class customer service and team member support
- Evaluate performance of crew leaders and crew
- Inventory yard management and inventory count
- Safety monthly tailgate meetings, onsite training as needed, and on boarding employees with HR & on boarding training with employees

Residential Design & Build Salesperson
The Residential Landscape Salesperson must be thoroughly familiar with all aspects of landscape design/build projects to include: design, construction, sales, customer service, estimating, etc. The Residential Landscape Salesperson makes the initial contact with the client, prepares and presents the design and proposal documents, completes the sale, interfaces with company production and accounting personnel, and interfaces with subcontractors and vendors as required throughout the installation process. This role is also responsible to conduct the final walk through with the client, resolve any issues discovered therein, follow through to ensure that all issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the client, provide the client with all manuals and instructions for maintaining the project and turn over the project to the appropriate maintenance personnel.
- Sells residential design/build work
- Makes the initial contact with client and takes all required measurements.
- Coordinates with designer who designs the project (unless also designs project).
- Coordinates with estimator who bids the project (unless also estimates project).
- Presents the proposal and all documents to client (with or without the aid of the designer).
- Closes sale and coordinates job specifics with production and accounting personnel.
- Lays out job with production personnel.
- Continually informs and updates client as to job progress or lack thereof.
- Ensures that jobs are kept on schedule & at or under budget.
- Processes all change orders and ensures that they are priced and processed correctly.
- Evaluates equipment utilization and makes recommendations for future purchases.
- Ensures that vendor invoice pricing is accurate and as bid.
- Minimum of three years of Green Industry installation and sales experience.
- Proficient in or able to learn customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Proficient in or able to learn company estimating software.
- Possess excellent computer skills.

- Maintains Bid Board and tracks sales process.

The Lawn Care Technician must be thoroughly familiar with all aspects of lawn care and its applications.
